Who is responsible

The operator of this website is the controller of your data. A service provider runs the assistant on the operator's behalf as its processor under Art. 28 GDPR.

What is processed, and why

Your messages and the answers, to answer your questions, and your IP address, to protect the service against abuse, to count conversations for the website's usage plan and to tell how many different visitors asked the same question. The wording of your questions is also kept, so the operator can improve its information. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR: the operator's legitimate interest in these purposes.

If you ask to be contacted, your name, your contact detail, your questions and any message you leave are passed on to the operator. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR. Giving these details is voluntary.

How long it is kept

• Your conversation: removed within about 90 minutes of your last message.
• Your IP address: up to about 25 hours and, for each question you ask, for up to 90 days after you last asked it or a similar one.
• Kept questions: 90 days after that question, or a similar one, was last asked.
• Contact requests: 90 days.
• A record of each answer, with any rating you give it, is kept without its content and without time limit, for billing and statistics.

Who receives it

Service providers, as processors and sub-processors under Art. 28 GDPR.

If this website has switched on the map preview, a map from Google appears under an answer that gives an address once you agree to it: by allowing Google Maps in this website's cookie settings, where the website offers this, or by tapping “Show map”. Your browser then loads the map from Google, which receives your IP address and the address of this website as an independent controller. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time. The map is subject to the Google Maps/Google Earth Additional Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.

Storage on your device

The assistant sets no cookies. It keeps two entries in your browser's session storage: one once you open the chat or close its bubble, and one once you send a message. Your browser deletes both when you close the tab, at the latest. They serve only the chat you use and are strictly necessary for it, so no consent is needed (Art. 5(3) of the ePrivacy Directive; in Italy, Art. 122 of the Codice Privacy).

Your rights

You can ask the operator of this website for access to your data, its rectification or erasure, or the restriction of its processing; you can object to the processing, ask for data portability, and lodge a complaint with a data protection authority. Wer die Daten erhält

Dienstleister als Auftragsverarbeiter und Unterauftragsverarbeiter nach Art. 28 DSGVO.

Hat diese Website die Kartenvorschau eingeschaltet, erscheint unter einer Antwort mit einer Adresse eine Karte von Google, sobald Sie zustimmen: indem Sie in den Cookie-Einstellungen dieser Website Google Maps erlauben, sofern die Website das vorsieht, oder indem Sie auf „Karte anzeigen“ tippen. Er legt zwei Einträge im Sitzungsspeicher Ihres Browsers ab: einen, sobald Sie den Chat öffnen oder seine Sprechblase schließen, und einen, sobald Sie eine Nachricht senden. Ihr Browser löscht beide spätestens beim Schließen des Tabs. Sie dienen nur dem Chat, den Sie nutzen, und sind dafür unbedingt erforderlich; eine Einwilligung ist deshalb nicht nötig (Art. 5 Abs. 3 ePrivacy-Richtlinie; in Italien Art. 122 Codice Privacy).
